Speed and the Art of Bicycling
I know it is a little late for New Year’s resolutions, but I decided to start one this month anyway. Years ago I was an avid mountain bicyclist and it was this month that I started it up again. As I set out on a trail in the Las Virgenes Open Space Preserve, I began to realize the consequences of my hiatus from bicycle riding.
